When will I receive my items?

After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please allow up to 4 weeks of delivery time.

The above-mentioned timelines may be a little longer during periods with high volume of orders. Please allow 1 additional weeks to be on the safe side.

*In rare occasions these estimates might be a little longer due to shipping carrier* delays or customs retention.

When will my items be shipped?

All items are shipped right after we confirm and fulfil your order.

We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

When will you fulfil my items?

Fulfilment refers to the period for processing orders from available stock.

All items are subject to the fulfilment process before they are shipped.

Product's ordered are often fulfilled within 24 hours. Depending on the amount of orders, please do grace us with an additional of 24 hours.

If your orders are still not fulfilled after 48 hours. Feel free to escalate your worries to support@clickclickscrollscroll.com 

The fulfilment period varies depending on the product type.

How can I track my items?

Depending on the shipping carrier. Your tracking information would typically be available within 5-10 days after we have fulfilled your orders.

*Note: There may be times where tracking information might not be available.

Why is my item still not delivered to me?

All products purchased on clickclickscrollscroll.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days. If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time. 

Which means to say, after receiving your shipping confirmation email from us. 60-days after the shipping confirmation email, you did not receive your items. Escalate your situation up to support@clickclickscrollscroll.com for a full refund on that particular order.

*Note: This is a policy to protect you, however, times are foul out there. We would like to protect clickclickscrollscroll too. So please be magnanimous and understanding when we request buffers time needed to confirm on your undelivered items. Appreciate your understanding. 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside clickclickscrollscroll’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of clickclickscrollscroll.com
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account.
